Flashback Friday

The Inseparable Kids

Again, not a too far back flashback.

This one is taken from a few years back. Back when we lived in Albany, GA and my 2nd child and Stacey's 2nd child were just about inseparable. She had also lived in the area longer and helped us out a ton showing us places to go. Well, these pictures were taken of a trip to Pirate's Cove. It's a swampy area with walking & biking trails all over.

Well, while we are there, my oldest daughter was probably around 6. She fell over the side of the path, which was roped off. She fell right into a swampy area, into the water and landed straight on what I guess was a cypress either root or stump (the pointy kind) right in the middle of her stomach. It was a very scary experience, she ended up just being badly bruised.

Something close to those stump like things up out of the water.

I came across these pictures and just brought back some great memories.

I have also had a lot of people ask me where Bobo got his nickname from and he got it from the little guy in the front. Yep, the little one with the pacifier.
